REWILDING
REWILDING (2026)
short film · · ·
CONCEPT
Rewilding imagines a future in which technology does not conquer nature, nor nature reclaim technology. The distinction simply begins to disappear.
Artificial bodies become habitats. Metal grows moss. Fungi inhabit machinery. What was once manufactured slowly becomes ecological.
Rather than depicting the end of technology, Rewilding explores its reintegration into the living world.
VISUAL LENGUAGE
The film moves between fashion imagery, speculative biology and biomechanical portraiture. Its narrative is built through texture, gesture, repetition and transformation rather than conventional plot.
Each image belongs to the same world, but that world is continuously changing.
ORIGIN
Rewilding began as a photographic editorial created for NSK Magazine, alongside an exploration of biomimicry and fungal intelligence.
The still images gradually expanded into motion, turning the editorial into a short film and extending the same visual universe beyond the printed page.
